**Description**

Westport Manufacturing has an exciting opportunity out of our Mississauga office for an energetic, results driven, team player as our Lead Project Installer. Westport Manufacturing was founded in 1947 and is Canada’s largest manufacturer of custom window coverings for the Hospitality, Health Care and Construction Industries. Since our inception we have continued to add new products beyond window coverings to sell to our growing customer base.

At Westport, a Project Installer takes on the Standard role for Installations. Duties will include measuring, coordinating material delivery, ensuring sites are physically ready, on-site installation, coordinating programing and after sale service such as warranty calls. A Project Installer may work on individual jobs, work a job with an Assistant Installer or another Project Installer, or be part of a larger team on a large project. Installations may require travel. Installer will report to the VP - Operations, Eastern Division.

Work well in a team based environment and ability to operate with mínimal supervision, Manual dexterity and measuring ability.

General ability with using power tools, ladders and other installation equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to learn motorization and programming of blinds and drapery.

Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.

Required to have be fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 (deal with many Health Care facilities)

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
