**Your Role**

You’ll join our team of experts who lead major capital building projects. Working with public sector clients in Alberta our team gets to be part of bringing meaningful change by providing access to housing, education and healthcare where people live, and fostering opportunities for economic participation and environmental stewardship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult directly with clients and stakeholders, funding partners, design and construction professionals to plan and implement capital building projects.
- Use your technical expertise in project planning, design and construction to resolve complex project challenges.
- Your clients will trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their community or organizational goals and objectives.
- Understand and represent your clients’ best interests regarding project outcomes.
- Lead your project teams with your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and respond to new business opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President.

Qualifications:

- A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management or an equivalent academic experience
- Experience in public sector projects
- 7 plus years of experience in project coordination
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Resolve client, project and technical challenges
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- The ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
