Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information. Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management Team
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Communicating plans, actions, risks and issues with key stakeholders
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves. Solving any issues that may arise during the project.
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget Ensuring the project team adheres to provide timeline and deliverables
- Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
- Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports, maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Education and Experience Requirements
- Diploma/degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience as project coordinator or project manager
- Proven experience as project coordinator or project manager
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience in planning and schedule management
- Experience as team leader

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- project management: 3 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
