Responsibilities Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards. Communicate with team members and external vendors to keep projects on track. Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in project coordination or administration. Proficiency in project management software (Trello, Asana, MS Project). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
