Job description

**OMEX Office Maintenance Experts are seeking part time Light Duty Office Cleaner.**

**London Area**

**We are looking a cleaner for numerous buildings at night**

**Training will be provided**

**Directly Reports to**: Operations Manager

**Duties**:

- Sweep and dust/wet mop floors
- Dust furniture and desks
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs
- Disinfect and polish lunch room fixtures and appliances
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect, door handles, walls, countertops, and displays
- Restock washrooms with toilet rolls, soap, and towels
- Empty garbage and recycling receptacles and reline
- Empty paper shredders
- Clean interior of building windows
- To maintain all equipment to be of a clean condition.
- To report all faults to the supervisor
- To participate in all training relevant and as required.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations as outlined by the Company
- Adhere to Personnel Policies and Procedures at all times as outlined by the Company
- Additional duties as required from time to time

**Skills, Abilities, Knowledge Requirements**:

- Ability to perform light duty cleaning tasks
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eager to learn basic maintenance skills as required

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed indoors in an office/industrial setting
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequently bending and lifting is a requirement of the position
