**Summary**:
AOT Technologies is an award-winning software development company based out of Victoria with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Portland and Trivandrum. Our low code development approach allows us to build intelligent systems for enterprises and governments.

We’re working on a project to build a global hiring platform. To support that initiative we’re looking for a driven recruiter, eager to make their mark on the global hiring stage. You’ll be working with our CEO, founders, and, above all, the exceptional pool of worldwide talent we represent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to shake trees - Our clients are looking for the best remote talent there is, and sometimes that means being creative to find it.
- Proven knack for identifying talent, their career arc and potential fit - Can you pick up on subtle resume, profile, communication and other tells across cultures? In technical and non-technical roles? For introverts and extroverts and everything in between?
- Oversee the entire recruitment process - Meaning, you’ll be attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. From everywhere.
- Help oversee our recruitment network - Work closely with our recruiting partners and worldwide recruiter network to source talent far and wide.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical degree a plus
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a tech recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully hiring top tech talent
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry and current trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technology.
