The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full‑life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring technical talent to meet business needs. The role involves creating and executing hiring strategies, collaborating with department leaders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, this role will require strong communication and the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
