The Customer Service Representative interacts with both internal and external customers to maintain this reputation of delivering a high level of customer service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers and be responsible for assuring customer satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school diploma and relevant experience or College Diploma
- Possess strong computer & multi-tasking skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Require full proficiency gained through job related training to perform a range of activities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment
- Passionate and engaging professional with a desire to consistently and compassionately deliver superior customer experience as well as participate in a growing team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
It starts when you pick up the phone, log in online, or when a customer walks through the door. With each conversation, you'll be playing one of the most important roles supporting our customers' satisfaction with our services. Every day, you will:
- Open and/or close the office Monday through Friday.
- Provide customers with the best solutions and offer guidance on how Neoshield can further help them meet their needs, now and in the future, using knowledge you will gain about our product and service suite.
- Deliver outstanding service and/or sales support related to insurance products and services with the aim to provide complete and correct solutions the first time.
- Play a key role in addressing customer concerns and be accountable for problem solving and/or raising matters to the appropriate people.
- Work towards achieving set goals while being an ambassador for innovation by offering quality customer experiences and trusted advice.
- Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other's knowledge and support your co-workers to resolve customer issues, and improve efficiency of the advice team.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management database.
- Maintain an orderly, presentable office.
- Enhance your knowledge of our business and understand the types of insurance policy options offered.

The position is in person, in the office, and is an ideal position for someone local seeking full or part time employment. Potential hours will be between 8am and 6pm.
