Customer Service Representative

First Reference, a leading publisher of HR compliance and policy databases, is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for onboarding and customer support for new and existing users. Your experience and knowledge will be an important contribution to First Reference's reputation for offering excellent products and services.
Schedule and provide product demonstrations to new users
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
Schedule and complete demonstrations with new users
Reach out to existing users to inform them about new features
Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Report technical issues and suggestions for product improvement
**Requirements**:
Proven customer support experience
Enjoy solving problems and helping others
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Strong phone skills including being a good listener
Ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
Develop and maintain knowledge of First Reference products and services
Using company account system to update customer records and sales information
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Very good computer skills
Well organized with attention to detail
Minimum high school diploma
Bilingual an asset
