**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Store Management**:

- Oversee Shopify store, including product updates and order processing.
- Coordinate shipping and track deliveries.
- Manage and implement pricing strategies and promotions online

**Water Maintenance Program Coordinator**
- Manage and implement the Water Maintenance program
- Increase program by minimum of 20 clients per year
- Coordinate service technicians and track and maintain maintenance records.
- Organizing and training staff for ultrasonic filter cleaning and filter distribution
- Billing and customer communication
- Responsible to plan and implement growth

**Customer Project Coordination**
- Manage customer-related projects, including special orders, customizations, and service requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding their orders or services.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to fulfill customer expectations.
- Handle any escalations or challenges related to customer orders and projects.

**Store Operations & Customer Experience**:

- Ensure the storefront is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with merchandising and product displays to enhance customer engagement.
- Support the sales team by providing product availability updates and recommendations.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Source and develop sales channels for new and existing products
- Responsible to develop and implement store sales growth targets of 20% annually

**Purchasing & Inventory**:

- Source and purchase required materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and pricing
- Maintain accurate stock levels by tracking incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and replenishments.
- Organize and optimize storage for efficient access and retrieval.
- Implement inventory management software to streamline tracking and reporting.

**Pricing & Billing**:

- Manage product pricing and update as needed.
- Generate invoices and process payments.

**Administrative Support**:

- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle retail transactions.
- Create work tickets and ensure accurate documentation for service calls.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other office-related tasks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in inventory management, retail operations, or customer service.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in Shopify and basic accounting or billing systems.
- Experience in retail, shipping, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
- Experience in the hot tub or swim spa industry (or similar product-based retail environment).
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and vendor coordination.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working autonomously, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

**Work Environment**

This position involves working in a retail setting, managing an online store, and assisting fast paced administrative and service operations.

**Schedule**

Weekends (Sat 10-5, Sun 10:30 to 4:00 - full day pay) plus - three weekdays (set schedule).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
