**What you'll do**
- Coordinate and execute homepage, promotions, and campaigns to maximize sales and provide a best-in-class site experience.
- Utilize customer insights, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making processes, analyze results, and identify areas of opportunity.
- Foster cross-functional relationships with teams across the business to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to underperforming areas of the website and reduce exit rates. - Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce team to maintain workflow continuity and meet deadlines.
- Work with internal and external partners to troubleshoot, track, and resolve any back-end system issues.
- Provide detailed weekly progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Participate in related special projects and new initiatives as required.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
