**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, providing expert knowledge on our merchandise.
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards by organizing displays and ensuring the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and update displays to reflect current promotions and inventory.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for children’s fashion and products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems (training provided).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Cantonese (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
