**As a Floor Supervisor, you ensure the highest level of service for each guest within your restaurant. You drive food quality, maintain cleanliness, inspire and maintain high team morale, all while developing others**

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Promote teamwork and communicate in a positive and professional manner to all departments to ensure the needs of our guests are being met at all times**
- **Providing our guests with superior hospitality**
- **Driving a knowledge passion around our food and LWB programs**
- **Work with fellow managers on execution of initiatives and embedding hospitality**
- **Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as restaurant labour**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 1 year (required)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
