**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality, consistency, and artistic standards.
- Manage staff schedules, monitor attendance, and address staffing needs during peak hours.
- Support team members with POS system operations, including Micros POS, and oversee accurate cash handling.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in driving sales by supporting upselling strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to meet performance goals and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with both staff and customers.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and restaurant operations.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on team support and customer satisfaction.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
