CRM Operations Manager

**OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a skilled CRM Operations Manager with a focus on multi-platform expertise, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Eloqua. This role involves overseeing various CRM campaigns for our diverse client base. As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the CRM & Strategy Director and will bring substantial experience with both platforms. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team, contributing to the development and success of new initiatives and services.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Utilize SQL for audience data segmentation, campaign testing, and deployments, alongside conducting ad-hoc analysis and debugging.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, understanding performance drivers, and recommend strategies and tactics in response.
- Foster operational excellence, process efficiency, and team morale to standardize and harmonize workflows across various accounts.
- Collaborate in the development of customer segmentation strategies and provide campaign performance insights to senior leadership.
- Promote the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the agency, providing expert guidance, oversight, and training to the Client Services team.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing CRM campaigns, with a focus on both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and familiarity with HTML.
- Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications are a plus.
- Strong background in marketing analytics, data analysis, reporting, or consumer insights.
