**Job Overview**:
We're searching for an experienced CRM Support Specialist to join our Oomple Network of on demand professionals. The Oomple platform is used by a wide range of companies and agencies which are looking for professionals with your skills and experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in CRM support or administration, preferably with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and training skills, capable of working well with various teams.
- Experience with CRM analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide daily support to CRM users, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with CRM system upgrades, integrations, and other technical projects.
- Customize and configure CRM settings to optimize workflow and user experience.
- Develop user manuals and FAQs, and provide training to staff on CRM functionalities.
- Monitor CRM system performance, generate reports, and offer actionable insights for improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
- Manage CRM data quality, including auditing, updating, and cleansing data as needed.
- Support the implementation of new CRM features and ensure compliance with industry practices.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
