- **Position Overview**:_

The CRM and Data Business Analyst is a member of the Finance team working within the Fundraising team. The incumbent will be data literate and can support fundraising and financing activities from an analytical, data and system perspective.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Familiar with CRM Systems, specifically, **Blackbaud **for the purpose of driving fundraising campaigns through powerful and insightful reporting and analysis, setting up dashboards and reports and management views
- Act as the business owner of the system to design proper processes and workflows which support efficient business processes
- Track fundraising income and maintain finances related to fundraising activities by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Issue charitable tax receipts and maintain constituent information
- Liaise with the vendor to manage upgrades and updates, act as system administrator to ensure users are setup and have proper access
- Report on fundraising revenue earned based on predetermined reporting schedules which may range from daily to weekly
- **Qualifications and Experiences Needed**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in CRM and/or data analytics
- Strong knowledge of **Blackbaud**:

- Demonstrated business acumen, knowledge and experience in financial analytics or as a finance business partner supporting functional teams or programs with expense and revenue elements
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Self-starter, action oriented
- Availability of 2-4 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Minimum 1 year commitment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 2-4 per week
