Under the supervision of the Call Centre Supervisor, the requested person will have:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process client orders and suggest replacement products if needed.
- Listen to the client and present them with solutions according to their needs.
- Find opportunities to add value and present the appropriate product or solution.
- Contact existing clients to present promotions or new products.
- Perform follow-ups on the status of client’s orders, problems, or requests.
- Take appropriate measures to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance objectives and call center KPI’s.
- Provide a High Level of Customer service.
- Create a relationship with our members.
- Become an expert on our products and service and continue to expand knowledge base.
- Provide product or service quotes.
- Support our external sales and technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between our suppliers and our members to find the most effective solution.
- Work closely and collaborate with other departments.
- Share client comments and suggestions with the management team to ensure continued improvement.
- Monitor inventory and advise the Buyers team or the management of any problems.
- Other tasks may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (call centre experience is an asset).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (automotive industry experience is an asset).
- Perfectly bilingual both spoken and written.
