NDR LIGHTING is a lighting manufacturer based in Montreal, Quebec. We service the residential and commercial markets with interior and exterior traditional and LED lighting. We provide high levels of quality, service, and on-time delivery lighting solutions for our customers.

**Overview**:
The NDR Sales Coordinator is the main link between our partners and our Sales Directors. The main responsibility is to ensure an excellent service for both groups.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all customer orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. The objective is to ship out an order within 48 hours after sending it to a warehouse.
- Verify/Release each PO to make sure the correct information is processed and sent. Should there be a discrepancy with a PO, you must CALL the customer to advise them before it is processed.
- Product knowledge

**Aperçu**:
Le coordonnateur des ventes de NDR est le lien principal entre les associés aux ventes externes et le bureau. La principale responsabilité est d’assurer un excellent service à nos clients et aux Directeurs des ventes.
**Principales responsabilités**
- S’assurer que toutes les commandes des clients sont traitées correctement et en temps opportun. L’objectif est d’expédier une commande dans les 48 heures suivant son envoi à un entrepôt.
- Vérifier/libérer chaque PO pour s’assurer que les informations correctes sont traitées et envoyées. S’il y a une divergence avec un bon de commande, vous devez APPELER le client pour l’informer avant qu’il ne soit traité.
- Connaissance des produits - formation interne
- Répondre quotidiennement aux courriels et aux téléphones des clients:
- À la recherche d’un prix et d’une disponibilité
- État de la commande et suivi:
- Trouver un distributeur;
- Vérifier les réclamations des clients
- Transférer manuellement les factures/crédits
- Travailler en équipe pour offrir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle
