**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require automotive repair and maintenance services. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, service retail, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our dealership
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Generate repair orders and obtain necessary approvals from customers
- Coordinate with the service technicians and dispatch to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress and any additional recommendations
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in a precise and secure manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or related position is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent sales and upselling skills to effectively communicate the value of recommended services
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with dealership operations and service department processes is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
