The Role:
As a VW Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to VW parts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Quickly and efficiently assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their VW vehicles.
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on parts selection.
- Unpacking and receiving daily orders from numerous vendors.
- Ensuring that the part numbers and quantities of every order are correct.
- Inspecting orders for any damages or discrepancies.
- Preparing various returns to be sent to the manufacturer.
- Quickly and efficiently quoting the correct parts for repairs requested by wholesale customers and technicians in the shop.
- Collaborating with our service and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (French - English).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read and comprehend information; able to understand and follow directions.
- Flexible and open to change; able to take on special tasks as needed.
- Be able to commute to work consistently and reliably.
- Previous experience in a parts advisory role is an asset.

**Salary**:

- Skill dependent (between $16.55 - $20 hourly)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
