**Taylor Creek Volkswagen** is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Internal Service Advisor** to join our dynamic Service team. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring our internal repair and reconditioning operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage internal repair orders (ROs) for used vehicles, detailing, deliveries, and PDIs.
- Coordinate closely with the Used Car Manager, detailers, technicians, and parts team to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
- Provide reconditioning estimates within 48 hours of vehicle arrival and ensure approvals are obtained within 24 hours.
- Monitor RO cycle time, complete daily open RO reviews, and ensure ROs are closed within 24 hours of work completion.
- Conduct daily lot walks and assist with quality control checks.
- Track product inventory, complete monthly audits, and maintain up-to-date MSDS documentation.
- Support the service department with reporting, warranty filing, and general administration.
- Cross-train to provide reception coverage when needed and assist in bottleneck areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven customer service track record.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient with computers and software systems.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
