**Main Responsibilities include(but not limited to)**:
- Preparing meals in the newly designed, state of the art kitchen.
- Consulting with the Management team to determine meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Setting up the workstationswith all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Ensuring all food and other items are properly stored.
- Maintaining inventory of food and supplies
- Preparing customized meal plans for clients and Management based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
- Preparing meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 3- years proven experience culinary experience.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
- A strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to meal presentation.
