**Schedule**: 5 Weekdays/Month (Part-Time)

**Rate**: $20-30/hour (based on the experience)

Alongside our core products, we’re developing a line of upcycled foods that reflect our commitment to sustainability and creativity. We’re looking for a hands-on Product Development Chef who shares our passion for bold flavors and thoughtful innovation.

**Role Summary**:
This part-time role is ideal for a chef with strong culinary instincts and a love for experimentation. You’ll lead ideation and recipe development for our next generation of upcycled sauces, helping shape our product lineup from the kitchen outward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop original sauce concepts aligned with brand values and trends
- Create and test recipes using upcycled or sustainable ingredients
- Document measurements, preparation steps, and process notes
- Adjust formulations based on internal tasting feedback
- Collaborate with the founder or team on taste, texture, and consistency
- Maintain clear records for future scale-up with manufacturers

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, catering, or similar)
- Passion for food innovation and sustainability
- Comfortable working independently and iteratively in a test kitchen or remotely
- Strong attention to detail in documenting recipes and iterations
- Bonus: Experience with CPG product development or scaling recipes

Pay: $21.65-$30.00 per hour
