**About the Job**
We are looking for a Revenue Programs Coordinator to join our Revenue organization and drive program consistency across the Sales Floor. Within the role you will be responsible for providing workplace services and administrative support to increase individual culture, morale, communications, transparency, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
The Revenue Coordinator thrives on supporting their peers and is comfortable being a go-to person at the office. When you don’t have the answer, you are resourceful enough to find it You are a self-starter with a can-do personality that is eager to learn and solve problems both on your own and alongside a team. The Revenue Coordinator is extremely organized and thoughtful, and can anticipate office needs before they arise.

- This individual would be responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of events and initiatives across the Sales and Marketing Teams, as well Vendasta's day-to-day office and work culture and company events to the larger community. This would include such things as;
- End of month events
- Events and activities related to SPIFFS and Promotions
- Celebratory Events
- Operational_
- This individual would be responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of activities across the sales floor and Revenue Leadership Team. This would include such things as;
- Overview of boards, signage on the Sales Floor
- Operational efficiencies around Meetings, Slack-functionality and rooms
- General administration and support; ensure the team is supported and running smoothly, from scheduling meetings, preparing agendas & assigning action items
- Ensure that employees are knowledgeable of and comply with company policies, procedures and practices related to contracts
- Act as overflow support for sales contract processes, including custom deals, amendments, and partner agreements.
- Enforce transparent communication across the Divisions, ensuring information flow and process with all stakeholders
- General administrative duties as it relates to Sales & Marketing, working cross divisionally with People Ops
**The value you’ll bring**
- 2+ years of customer service, sales or relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Suite is an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
