Toronto, Canada Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta (Central Kitchen) Full time

Dal Moro's is looking for a Cook / Kitchen Hand for its Central Kitchen.

Daily duties would include Preparation of different kinds of Sauces, following the exact recipes with precision and produce heavy volumes, packaging them using a Vacuum Sealer, labelling them using a Label Printer and arranging the deliveries for the drivers to pick up.

Additional duties would be to cook meat, vegetable toppings and package them using the Vacuum sealing machine.

The Cook should be experienced in cooking with various big sized vessels and should be able to work continuously for long hours.

The Cook should be extremely disciplined with cleanliness, food hygiene, sanitation and consistency in the preparation process.

Previous experience with regular Ordering from Food vendors such as GFS, Bondi Produce, etc.. would be an added asset.
