**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook who specializes in American, Mediterranean, and fusion dishes to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for daily service, special events, or catering needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of all dishes served.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Canadian casual restaurant or steakhouse is required.
- Food handler certification is preferred.
- The ability to speak and understand Vietnamese is a great asset.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
