Job Description

Fricasse Infused Chicken is a fast-growing cloud kitchen looking for a reliable Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks with responsibility and care.

As a cloud kitchen, there is no dine-in service. The main duties include food preparation, cooking, packaging orders, and handing them over to delivery drivers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to our recipes and standards

  • Assist with all kitchen tasks as required
  • Pack and seal food orders accurately for delivery
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and hand over orders on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
  • Follow food safety and kitchen safety procedures
  • Lift and move kitchen supplies and ingredients when required

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy weights
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
  • Willing to do all kitchen duties as needed
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience is an asset (but not mandatory)
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
