**Job Overview**:
**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum **2 years of relevant industry experience** in digital marketing and/or business management.
- Any previous **teaching experience** at a post-secondary level or equivalent adult education setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate instruction for the DMBM course, ensuring delivery of engaging and practical content.
- Provide preparatory work each week to ensure lessons are well-organized and aligned with curriculum goals.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum as needed.
- Maintain an open line of communication with students and provide timely responses to their inquiries.
- Manage and maintain student records, tracking progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and industry partners to ensure relevant, up-to-date training.
- Provide guidance to students on career development in the immigration industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
