Are you a qualified Hospitality Management Instructor looking for a rewarding and impactful opportunity? If so, we have the perfect position for you We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Hospitality Management Instructor** to join our team in Surrey, BC. This full-time, hybrid role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of our students while contributing to the development of future hospitality leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the development of students' knowledge and skills in hospitality management.
- Support curriculum design and development, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Deliver interactive, collaborative learning experiences to enhance student engagement.
- Participate in student advising and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners to design and deliver top-quality programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or relevant workplace training experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.

**Schedule**:
Flexible hybrid work schedule with evening classes (Monday to Thursday 5:00 pm to 10:pm).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality Industry: 2 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC

Expected start date: 2025-09-05
