Job Overview:

Excel Career College is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Marketing and Business Management Program Instructor to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to adult learners enrolled in our diploma program, ensuring alignment with PTIRU standards and institutional outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing and Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Business Management
  • Any previous teaching experience at a post-secondary level or equivalent adult education setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in areas such as SEO/SEM, social media strategy, email marketing, branding, market research, business planning, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate instruction for the DMBM course, ensuring delivery of engaging and practical content.
  • Provide preparatory work each week to ensure lessons are well-organized and aligned with curriculum goals.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum as needed.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with students and provide timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain student records, tracking progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and industry partners to ensure relevant, up-to-date training.
  • Provide guidance to students on career development in the immigration industry.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
