This position will include, but is not limited to:
- Investigate stalled / delayed order items by communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, shippers, and co-workers both verbally and in writing.
- Plenty of accurate and quick data entry including posting order status updates into QuickBooks Enterprise, as well as using numerous MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Other administrative tasks, eg. filing.
- Assisting other departments when needed.
A real self starter is required, as well as being able to problem solve by thinking outside the box. Having a research background would be extremely helpful.
This person must also speak, read and write fluent and flawless Canadian English.
Requires someone who can take instruction from more than one person as well as repeatedly reset their task priorities according to workload and timeline demands.
We will only be considering applicants who already live in Edmonton or the immediate surrounding areas.
