**GENERAL DUTIES**:
This will be permanent full-time position in the Edmonton office. General duties include:

- Receive and complete orders by verifying product availability.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains workflow by sorting and arranging for equipment deliveries.
- Participate in all warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving, inventory and purchasing/ordering activities and expediting special orders.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist Order Desk when required by processing customer orders, including verifying the availability of products and materials and record-keeping for costing and inventory control.
- Maintains a clean and well-organized warehouse, yard, and office.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive incoming orders from suppliers.
- Picking orders from tickets, taking pictures, and attaching them to the ticket.
- Identify any order deficiencies, inform Order desk, and work to complete the order.
- Identify damaged equipment as it comes into the shop and coordinate repairs with the head mechanic.
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting records.
- Record all overs/shorts and damages for shipments and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Yard upkeep and maintenance.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the shop/yard when required.
- Ensuring the yard gate is open during business hours.
- Assist Drivers with Loading and unloading.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**:
This position reports to the Pentamax General Manager for assignments and daily duties.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: High School Diploma.

**Other Training & Development**:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must have a full class 5 drivers’ licence (not GDL)
- Must be able to complete a criminal record check
- Trade tickets are considered an asset (i.e. First Aid, Forklift, zoom boom, etc.)

**Experience**: 2-4 years of Shop Experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Ability**:

- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to build good and respectful working relationships.
- Excellent communication and customer service - able to liaise with external stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology.
- Physically able to lift loads (50lbs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
