**General Objective**:
With intermediate supervision, manage low to intermediate complexity customer sales orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Develop and/or maintain superior customer service to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

**Key Result Areas**:

- Ability to be an advocate for the customer to Planning.
- Ability to review customer purchase orders for requirements and determine customer needs.
- Process customer orders in a timely fashion.
- Monitor jobs for accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieve accurate delivery date.
- Ensure customer service is prompt and courteous.
- Monitor progress and adjust accordingly.
- Product knowledge relative to assigned account.
- Procedural accuracy.
- Escalate issues proactively and develop customer focused solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers regarding their orders; including but not limited to negotiating deadlines, troubleshooting, and providing suggestions to resolve any customer dissatisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy of scheduling and tracking tools (ERP system, Excel sheets and all other tools) with delivery dates, quantities, progress and all other required information.
- Communicate all challenges/changes to delivery dates both internally and to the customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer’s purchase orders to ensure all relevant information is complete and accurate.
- Ensure contract review requirements are met.
- Understanding of blueprints (drawings).
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Strategies group when standard and/or job level routings are required.
- Coordinate with the Engineering group when engineering is required.
- Create jobs in ERP system ensuring bill of materials, drawings, and all other information required is accurate and up to date.
- Assign accurate material required for an order and coordinate with Supply Chain to procure approved material when required.
- Release orders to Scheduling and collaborate with Planning and Workflow to ensure the orders are on track for on-time delivery.
- Liaise with the Operations department to troubleshoot orders through the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with the Outsourcing Coordinator to track all sub-contracting orders.
- Create shippers in ERP system ensuring accuracy of the date, method of transport, line items and quantities.
- Organize the electronic Sales Folder to ensure all required relevant information is available.
- Peer review of job packets.
- Coordinate with the Assembly department as required.
- Comply with all HSE, QMS and Corporate policies at Norquest.
- Performs other duties as assigned by a Supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Excellent time management, diplomacy skills, problem solving ability and team oriented.
- Project Management or Sales experience is considered an asset.
- Any oilfield or manufacturing related technical certifications are considered an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- High level communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork ability.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Very strong organizational skills.
- High level of computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
- High School Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
