Our growing business requires a high energy, customer-oriented sales order coordinator ideally with 5+ years of experience in customer service and logistics. This role is a diverse supply chain role and requires a flexible team player with initiative and a positive attitude to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. Previous experience with order processing, freight booking, 3PL interaction and fulfillment is considered a must

- **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**_
- Process, prepare, plan and track customer orders from multiple fulfillment points located throughout North America
- Work with our 3PL partners to ensure high levels of customer service, with accurate and on-time deliveries
- Effectively manage time independently to ensure goals and targets are achieved
- Utilize sound judgement when dealing with inventory, decrementing stock using FIFO methodology, ensuring systematic accuracy and high lot turnover values
- Participate and contribute in daily and weekly meetings, including sales and QA/QC
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting
- Assist with process improvements and development as required
- Flexible, positive and “can do” attitude, ability to juggle competing priorities simultaneously
- Consistent, organized, and systematic approach to tasks
- Solid understanding of supply chain “best practises”
- Completing special projects or other duties as may be required including some administrative and reception duties
- **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB**_
- Completion of a certificate program which includes business administration. Any supply chain programs are a definite asset.
- Previous global procurement and logistics experience considered an asset.
- Must be proficient using the Microsoft suite of programs. Familiar with accounting systems an asset.
- Must be familiar with lot-controlled products
- Ability to provide clear directions, complete follow up and reporting
- Knowledge of ERP inventory management systems. (Dynamics GP, SAP or similar)
- Professional, outgoing manner and personable, positive attitude
- Previous global procurement and logistics experience considered an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
