This role is located at our Empire Homes Head Office in Vaughan, ON.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- College diploma in Estimating, Architectural Technology or Construction Project Management and/or relevant related practical experience.
- 5+ years of construction related experience.
- 3+ Years of Constellation platform experience or relevant training.
- Strong knowledge base of Newstar Enterprise, Newstar Sales and DSM is considered an asset.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Run and review Global Markup and Master Takeoff Report to ensure accuracy and complete options pricing for Décor.
- DSM Configurator setup by project and Agent Portal testing.
- Act as a liaison between Purchasing and Design.
- Maintain Newstar database for Sales & Décor.
- Maintain product library.
- Create and maintain Room Measures by model and defaults in Room Codes.
- Model Management vs Finishes Library by Project.
- Sales and Takeoff Setup by Project.
- Model subcontract creation and distribution to trade partners for extras and options pricing.
