Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn, grow, and have unforgettable summer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate and engage campers in a variety of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, nature exploration, and team-building exercises
- Provide supervision and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate games, lessons, and projects
- Foster positive relationships with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating good sportsmanship, patience, and respect
- Assist with meal times, ensuring campers receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp facilities

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to provide tutoring or academic support is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
