WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will help to drive business results through the development and execution of CRM campaigns including lead acquisition and nurturing, customer acquisition and loyalty, and promotion.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Support the execution of CRM marketing campaigns end-to-end, including campaign workflow development, briefing, targeting, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Support the implementation of SFMC for CRM programs.
- Build and recommend customer journeys for the different lifecycle stages
- Leveraging customer data insights and segmentation tools, identify the target audience strategy, and business rules based on the stage of the customer purchase journey, segmentation, and behaviors.
- Oversee database management eg segmentation, list management, data cleanliness.
- Liaise with data team to identify data opportunities, identify target lists, pull data for CRM programs
- Optimize campaigns through A/B and/or multivariate tests to improve campaign & customer metrics on an ongoing basis;
- Liaise with retail, brand, product, sales, aftersales and legal teams to support campaign requirements, identify prospect and/or customer data requirements, product selection, promotions/offers, and copy/content to ensure optimized customer uptake.
- Assist in creating post-campaign performance analysis and feedback for continuous improvements.
- Support manager with continuous innovation in CRM initiatives, and marketing tactics to acquire and nurture prospects to conversion along the customer journey.
- Liaise with events team and vendors to facilitate lead collection at events
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, cross-functional teams, and vendors
- Help to train and assist other team member utilizing the CRM platform.
- Support the Manager with the development and execution of the CRM annual marketing calendar.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Completion of an undergraduate degree preferably from a business discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in same or similar function.
- Digital Campaign Management tools: (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other similar system).
- Familiarity working with marketing data
- Knowledge of reporting tools like GA4 and Tableau,a strong plus;
- Data-drive and analytical. Can read, translate and optimize the meaning of data obtained from A/B tests;
- Ability to work comfortably with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience with project management basics with working across multi-disciplined teams and offices in driving alignment, approvals and expectations of output(s);
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong Client focus with a drive to deliver top results
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.
- A self-starter who is tenacious and creative in finding ways to get things done
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Automotive industry a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and aptitude to engage with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
