**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and schedule daily delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Maintain real-time communication with drivers and proactively manage any issues or changes.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to adapt routes and schedules based on client needs.
- Act as a central point of contact for drivers—handling calls, messages, and support inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions, and assist drivers in re-routing when necessary.
- Ensure daily dispatch coverage and provide status updates as needed.
- Handle quoting and pricing tasks when booking new loads.
- Use dispatch software and load boards (such as Load link) to find and assign loads.

**What You Bring**
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of regional roadways and transportation routes.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Calm and efficient under pressure, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience using dispatch tools like Loadlink; knowledge of Xpert Dispatch is an asset.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in logistics or transportation (required).
- Post-secondary education in logistics, business, or operations (preferred but not required).

**Job Type**:Full-Time (In-Person Only)

**Work Schedule**:

- 12-hour shifts
- Night shifts and weekends as needed
- On-call availability
