**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist in training new bartenders
- Conduct interviews for potential team members
- Open & Close the pub according
- Organizing employees each shift

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation is a plus
- Team management skills are desirable
