**Job Summary**

**BOCADO RESTAURANT**is a exciting restaurant concept located in Collingwood BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Effectively manage guest flow to maximize seating capacity
- Communicate with Servers, Bartenders and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Accurately take reservations and modify guest status in Open Table
- Know all table numbers and maintain awareness of which servers are in each section
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective guest interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
