**Duties**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently and provide customer support as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records as required.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with staff in a medical or dental office environment, ensuring patient records are organized and accessible.
- Maintain an organized workspace that promotes efficiency and productivity.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for document creation and management.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous office experience is preferred, particularly in administrative roles or customer service environments.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus, particularly as a dental receptionist.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
