**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer incoming Service Department calls
- Initiate follow-up calls to confirm appointments
- Welcome customers at Service Desk
- Ensure all customer’s service needs are met
- Process internal work orders
- Review and process customer invoice
- Handle cash
- Assist Service & Parts Department as required
- Monitor Customer Service Lounge for cleanliness & fresh beverages
