**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and lead a team of mechanics, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
- Ordering parts from our current suppliers, comparing pricing in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing paperwork, invoicing customers, and managing internal documentation.
- Utilize the Mitchell program for service management and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Provide support and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a management role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Steel Toe Boots
- Ability to lift up to 50lb (parts, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using service management software, specifically Mitchell, is an asset.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
