We are hiring an Intermediate Technical Business Analyst to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.

**MISSION**:
As a key player in the financial banking sector serving as a technical business analyst, you will be essential in driving data-driven decision-making during our client’s transition from physical Oracle servers to the Microsoft Azure cloud. Utilizing the no-code environment, you will be responsible for re-building reports, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams. Your role encompasses gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions. Your valuable insights and contributions will play a crucial role in optimizing banking operations and elevating the overall stakeholder experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into actionable directives.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for diverse business processes.
- Employ the no-code platform to design, develop, and sustain reports transitioning from Oracle PL/SQL to no-code Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate closely with upstream stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of data sources into downstream reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the entire data flow through the implementation of data quality checks, integration monitors, and other solutions.
- Perform a thorough analysis of financial data using tools such as Excel to detect trends, anomalies, and areas for enhancement.
- Deliver findings and actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting well-informed decision-making.
- Document reporting solutions, data models, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Offer training and support to end-users, optimizing their utilization of no-code reporting tools.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies, encompassing the in-house no-code tool and Azure.
- Propose and execute improvements to current reporting solutions and processes.

**Profile**:

- **Must-Have **:_
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Proficient in utilizing a no-code development tool, including Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in PL/SQL and data querying techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possesses a sound understanding of financial concepts, banking operations, and data analysis.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**
- **Must-Have**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

**Languages**:

- English: Mandatory
- French: a plus

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
