Nurun is looking for a Business / Technical Analyst to join our team; leading the design of meaningful and intuitive solutions that solve complex problems for our clients and their customers. You will do so by gathering research insights, exploring design concepts, and crafting and prototyping beautiful interfaces that drive measurable results.

Thanks to their leadership and curiosity, this individual will be responsible for identifying and translating business opportunities into detailed specifications.

**Your day-to-day involves**
- Taking part in the definition of our digital products;
- Participating in the planning and analysis of new tools and processes to implement;
- Translating business needs into detailed technical specifications;
- Assisting and supporting developers in the building phase of projects;
- Contributing to the realization of different test cases and their acceptance criteria;
- Participating in refinement sessions of the roadmap (backlog refinement);
- Identifying and documenting all possible user journeys;
- Define and execute Documentation strategy with developers and other stakeholders
- Owning the documentation (Assess quality /relevance of existing documentation, update strategy, request updates from other stakeholders)

**Qualifications**:
**Conditions for success**
- University diploma in computer science or other equivalent experience;
- ** 7+ years of relevant experience as a Business / Technical Analyst**;
- Excellent knowledge in the analysis of complex business needs;
- ** Capacity to translate business needs into quality functional documents**;
- Being independent and proactive;
- ** Knowledge of the different types of tools or models: CMS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, databases (SQL & NoSQL), payment platforms, DAM, etc**.;
- ** Previous experience as a developer is a must.**:

- Experience working in Agile;
- Good knowledge of UML;
- Skilled in documentation and tracking tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Diagram software, Swagger etc.
- ** Bilingualism: French and English (must)**:

- General knowledge of the technologies: Node.js,.NET, JavaScript, and other frameworks;
