Satori Health is a collaborative network of clinics, practitioners and health professionals in Alberta. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for all of our patients, and our team culture is built around ensuring our patients receive the proactive and preventative healthcare services they deserve while making sure they feel fully supported throughout their healthcare experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with business development and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and implement targeted physician recruitment strategies.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods, social media, digital marketing, and networking to attract physicians locally, domestically, and internationally.
- Build relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and professional organizations to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling, recruitment campaigns, and promotional materials to elevate our employer brand nationally. Organize and participate in recruitment events, conferences, and conduct clinic tours to connect with talent.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to continuously improve our talent strategies.

**What You Bring**:

- A relationship-focused approach to recruitment with an engaging and energetic personality.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment.
- Knowledge of physician licensing, immigration pathways, and sponsorship processes.
- Expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches, pipelines, and events.
- Willingness to travel within the province and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
