**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide ongoing support for the Vancouver Island Team while;
- Create a welcoming and warm environment for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors
- Building, organizing, and distributing POS
- Coordinating between multiple S&D teams
- Relief selling
- Assist in company specific initiatives
- Assist in location specific initiatives, including organizing employee events and liaising with internal and external service providers
- Be proficient using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
- Organize meetings and travel arrangements
- Responsible for internal and external communication
- Asset management
- Ticket allocation, tracking and Distribution

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Successful completion of high school diploma
- Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
