Overview Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply for roofing, siding, metal and building envelope. Benefits Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term Disability Short-term Disability RRSP Match Paid Vacation Employee Assistance Program Employee Engagement Events Awards and Recognition Tuition reimbursement Service Awards Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers Assist with project leads and the job bidding process Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products Qualifications Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful sales experience Valid driver’s license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations Authorized to work in Canada Ability to travel Benefits of Employment Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
