Answering phones(transferring calls, taking messages).
- Greeting and looking after customers.
- Preparing and building quotes for sales team and customers on equipment as required and following up.
- Invoicing new and used equipment.
- Preparing and tracking all rentals including dispatch, paperwork, and invoicing.
- Tracking all incoming new and used equipment including shipping and paperwork(purchase orders, custom documents, etc.).
- Setting up all equipment in system and updating on website including specifications, pricing, pictures, etc.
- Understanding all equipment and different brands and assisting sales team and customers for purchase.
- Updating social media, google, websites, and finding new marketing avenues to acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Arranging events, tracking advertising budget, co-op budget, promotional products, etc.
- Provide support to each department whenever necessary in an administrative role.
- All other office duties required

**Summary**

In the role of Administrative Assistant/Sales, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the General Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing website maintenance, handling data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. Utilizing your core skills and clerical experience, you will support administrative tasks and assist with pricing inquiries. **Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical and administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices
- Experience in website maintenance and pricing management
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Sales experience

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
